Easy Returns & Exchange policy

LABEL SUNANTA MADAAN shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the buyers. We at Label Sunanta Madaan hope you love our products just as much as we do. Important things to read before putting up request:

An outfit is eligible for exchange/alteration only once. Size alteration can be done at no additional cost. 

LABEL SUNANTA MADAAN can exchange sizes of the same product. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact. 

You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the outfit via email (hello@sunantamadaan.com or WhatsApp (+91-9899777081) of your intent to exchange. And your dress should be received within 7 days by Label Sunanta Madaan.  

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount /exchange will be done in this case.

Non-returnable categories-

Following product categories fall under "No Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
• Couture or Customized garments 

Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered. 

Alterations are chargeable (₹750) if alterations is done more than once. The delivery charges for size exchange/alterations are ₹199 in India. 

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
